Swapna Swamy is a Senior Product Manager at DDC. For the past 12 years, Swapna has leveraged her years of experience in Agile methodologies, user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing and requirements to provide top-notch support to our Product Management team. As lead analyst for multiple DDC product releases, she acts as a liaison between cross-functional teams in gathering requirements and managing priorities. Swapna specializes in creating and managing user stories, production tickets, and application testing.
