Shannon Wilks is a Vice President on the PAC Services team at DDC with experience overseeing large federal and state PACs. She currently assists more than 30 clients with various aspects of their PAC and campaign finance compliance. She brings more than two decades of PAC oversight experience, including managing the federal and state PACs for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
