Katie Chipps is a Senior Vice President at DDC, helping to manage Campaign and PAC client engagements to ensure exceptional client service, drive value-based client partnerships, foster growth, and enhance client satisfaction and retention. Katie brings over 20 years of public affairs experience and leadership to her role. Prior to DDC, Katie spent fifteen years at Travelers Insurance where she was responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of political affairs initiatives in support of the company’s federal and state legislative and regulatory priorities. Katie led company’s PAC and advocacy efforts, managed corporate political spending and associated compliance, as well as key stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

• Led Northeast Utilities Washington, DC office working on federal energy legislation
• Worked for the Honorable Edward M. Kennedy in the Health Policy Office on the Committee on Labor and Human Resources.
