As Senior Vice President, Joey Smith is responsible for managing the technology service operations at DDC. His work designing, maintaining and implementing DDC’s ecosystem of products and custom technology experiences for DDC’s vast client portfolio lies at the intersection of design and technology. Joey focuses on observing engagement and understanding users and he leads his team to design and build incredible experiences that connect emotionally with users as a means to create measurable impact for clients.
