Chief Operating and People Officer

Gina Cherwin is the Chief Operating and People Officer for DDC. Gina’s expertise centers on developing and executing talent strategies that promote positive agency culture, increase employee engagement and foster individual career development.  She serves as a member of DDC’s executive team and works closely with the firm’s senior leaders to identify and drive process enhancement initiatives that support growth, drive business outcomes, and deliver stronger results for our clients. Gina’s 20 year career has also included extensive political, public policy, and non-profit experience. In addition to serving in several public relations agency leadership roles over the last decade, she is a skilled client counselor, having led corporate communications programs for a diverse group of clients engaged in reputation management, executive visibility and stakeholder engagement.
