Emily Cerling

Vice President, Strategic Communications

Emily Cerling Bradley is a Vice President of Strategic Communications for DDC. With a background in communications, fundraising, and digital campaigns, Emily serves as a strategist on key energy, technology and healthcare campaigns to help maximize stakeholder engagement. Emily also leads the communication team, comprised of planners and writers, who help design, build, and sustain long-term, multi-issue advocacy programs that engage a wide range of stakeholders through multiple vehicles, such as social media, email, websites, events and field outreach. 

Career Highlights:

  • Developed public transportation public perception campaign that won 2018 Marketer of the Year
  • Led outreach efforts for several mission-driven non-profits, including Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington and Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School and Corporate Work Study Program, to successfully communicate with their broad range of stakeholders and support multi-million dollar fundraising initiatives
  • Worked in nonprofits, higher education, and sports marketing prior to public affairs
