At DDC, we believe in empowering women to foster our best, most dynamic workforce. Our Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) is designed to inspire and embolden female colleagues by starting conversations about professional aspirations, balance and collaboration. WLF helps formalize a culture that celebrates and learns from the women leaders among us.
DDC is proud to participate with No Greater Sacrifice, an organization dedicated to providing college funding and a lifetime of support for the children of fallen and wounded soldiers. We’ve provided fundraising, financial management, creative, photography and video support for the No Greater Sacrifice Golf invitational, which has raised more than $2 million to date.
We believe doing well and giving back go hand in hand. Through DDC Cares, we have partnered with The Humane Rescue Alliance, the Washington Youth Garden, the Kids in Need Foundation, and others representing a diverse range of needs across Washington, D.C. DDC Cares is passionate about giving back to our community, and our work has just begun.
