As an Associate Vice President at DDC Public Affairs, Kirsten works with Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, and Political Action Committees to achieve their policy orientated goals. Working with members of her team and across company verticals, Kirsten oversees the holistic spectrum of her client’s campaigns from data-driven research, strategic planning and campaign development, to grassroots advocacy, coalition building, digital, earned and paid media content development and strategy.
Joining DDC as an Associate in 2015, Kirsten managed over 65 of the firm’s grassroots advocacy and corporate PAC technology clients. Most recently as a Senior Associate, she worked with DDC’s political clients during the 2016 election cycle and on policy campaigns including issues related to financial services, energy, and tax policy. Prior experience includes positions at the Columbia, South Carolina based political consulting firm, First Tuesday Strategies and the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia.
Kirsten graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. She also holds a certification to teach Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga from the Sampoorna School in Goa, India.
