As Vice President, Technology Delivery, Joey is responsible for managing the technology service operations at DDC — Tech Support, Web Development, and Data Services. These three teams are responsible for the maintenance and implementation of DDC’s diverse ecosystem of products and custom technology solutions for DDC’s vast client portfolio. These products and solutions range from advocacy hubs and websites with a suite of tools to allow advocates to engage with issues and contact policy makers, to robust data analysis, reporting, and processes that enable campaign teams to run a successful operation. Beyond day to day management of these teams and processes, Joey’s extensive user experience and software development background has a primary role in influencing DDC’s proprietary CRM, data reporting and analytics tools, and architecture.
