Vice President, Client Relations
Bill Toye serves as Vice President of Client Relations at DDC, where he specializes in the development and management of large-standing advocacy programs, as well as state and local ballot initiatives for DDC clients. Bill is a veteran of political campaigns and Capitol Hill, and brings more than 10 years’ experience in the public affairs realm to this role.
Before joining DDC in summer of 2012, Bill most recently stood up a grassroots program for a national non-profit. The program included field operations in more than 30 states during the 2012 election and an active online community of more than 600,000 advocates.
Bill received his Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Boston College. He lives in Alexandria with his wife Heather and dog Buckley and can be found on the golf course most weekends.
