Neal will oversee the expansion of DDC’s media relations practice, providing greater national reach and a top-tier presence in the Washington, D.C. media market.

A seasoned communications strategist and former journalist, Neal brings a wealth of experience in public affairs, crisis communications, and earned media. He is a veteran political reporter and editor at The Washington Post, covering national, state, and local politics, with a focus on campaigns and elections. His expertise extended to broadcast media as a political analyst for CNN and a frequent commentator on NBC and PBS. He has also previously held executive leadership positions at multiple communications and public affairs agencies.
