DDC Does It Again, Announced as 37th Annual Telly Award Winner

Washington, DC – DDC, top innovators in the public affairs industry, is honored to announce that it has been awarded multiple Telly Awards for the second consecutive year. The prestigious awards honor the best work in film and video productions, both online and on television.
This year, the firm was awarded two Bronze awards, the second highest honor, in the Government Relations, Online Video category. DDC gained recognition based on its work for the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), which is dedicated to encouraging community support for investment in public transit infrastructure, as well as the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO), a professional medical society supporting clinical research, clinical trials and their value to the drug development process. This is the second year in a row DDC’s work for both APTA and ACRO was recognized.
“Our client’s issues are often complex. So it’s important to translate them in ways our audiences can relate to—simply, rationally and emotionally. When you do that, you’re able to make a greater connection for clients’ issues,” said Jim Scott Polsinelli, Vice President and Creative Director for DDC.

The 37th Annual Telly Awards received over 12, 000 entries from large international firms to local production companies and ad agencies located in all 50 states and across five continents. The ever-progressive nature of the production, programming, and online video industries make an extremely competitive market with less than 10% and 25% of entries chosen as winners of the Silver and Bronze Telly’s, respectively.
