Associate Vice President, Digital Engagement
Steve Roney serves as Associate Vice President of Digital Strategy at DDC, drawing on nearly a decade of experience to create, implement, and direct tailored digital and social media advocacy campaigns for some of the country’s largest corporations and industry organizations.
Prior to joining DDC, Steve worked in digital media at the Podesta Group, developing digital advocacy strategies for large corporations, non-profits, and trade associations. There, as now, his experience as a journalist in the NBC Sports family contributed to his ability to effectively and persuasive communicate with a range of audiences on a diverse array of subjects. Steve has also published essays and op-eds in The Atlantic, The Washington Post, and DCist.
Steve earned his B.A. in both English and History from the College of William & Mary, where he was a member of two national championship-winning croquet teams.
