Mathieu Roskovensky

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for DDC, Mathieu Roskovensky brings over a decade of financial expertise, predominantly in domestic and international corporate accounting, as well as experience in financial analysis and insight. Matt oversees DDC’s short and long-term budgeting, strategic financial direction, and provides crucial insights that ultimately drive DDC’s corporate decisions.

Matt previously served as DDC’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting, where his leadership ensured that corporate records ran seamlessly from both operations and compliance perspectives. Matt assisted the Executive leadership team during the negotiations and transaction completion with Omnicom and integrated DDC financials post-close. Additionally, Matt established DDC on the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, and executed a formal budgeting process to measure the company against a Board-approved budget.

Prior to joining DDC in 2007, Matt served as the Assistant Controller for Verizon Business Security Solutions/Cybertrust. While there, Matt performed an integral role in the sale of Cybertrust to Verizon Business, as well as the integration of the company’s international operations, among other key financial responsibilities. Matt previously worked as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte, where he managed an array of financial services for both public and private companies.

A C.P.A., Matt graduated from West Virginia University (Let’s Go Mountaineers!) with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accountancy.
