Associate Vice President, Digital Engagement
Kimberly Rolfes is an Associate Vice President at DDC, specializing in digital engagement and strategy. In this role, Kimberly works with a variety of our clients to plan, develop and execute integrated digital activation campaigns.
Before joining DDC, Kimberly worked with two beloved consumer brands, Smucker’s and Vitamix, and then a wide variety of clients at a creative firm in Washington, D.C. She has held and developed several roles across consumer communications, social and digital media teams. During her time at Vitamix, Kimberly developed an award winning customer service program that modernized online response processes and catalyzed an influencer acquisition and retention program. While working at the D.C. firm, Kimberly’s corporate communications experience, social media savvy and creative ideas made her a sought-out strategist for advocacy, non-profit, celebrity, retail and food service clients alike.
Kimberly graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Communications, concentration in Public Relations, and is pursuing an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Baldwin Wallace University.
