Katie Lovro

Associate Vice President, Political Operations & Media Strategy

Katie directs on-the-ground public affairs and public relations engagements across the country, collaborating closely with our bipartisan network of political and media operatives in all 50 states. Katie manages field efforts for the firm’s grasstops, grassroots, and local earned media campaigns. She also choreographs the production of advocacy opportunities nationwide, bringing together elected officials and community thought leaders to publicly showcase their support for key issues.

Prior to joining DDC in 2014, Katie directed mail programs for winning candidates at the federal, state, and local levels at one of the largest Republican marketing firms. In 2012, she served as Assistant Deputy to the Senior Advisor for the Romney for President Campaign at the Republican National Committee, managing paid voter contact efforts. Katie has also served in Governor Scott Walker’s Administration as a Constituent Services Assistant, and later as a Higher Education Policy Assistant.

Katie earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a degree in Political Science and International Relations.
