Director, Data Services
Fred Braun serves as Director of Data Services at DDC, leading a team of Senior System Analysts and Data Analysts that are responsible for all data aspects of DDC’s internal and external clients. These data aspects include, but are not limited to, ETL processes of client data to our Democracy Direct Database application, custom report creation for large and small engagements, implementing data processes that support short- and long-term campaigns, and creating custom mapping solutions. During Fred’s 15+ years with DDC, he has been involved in a wide range of engagements that span the spectrum of DDC’s offerings, which has prepared him for his role as Director for which he plays a critical role in providing strategic direction on how best to implement data solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to joining DDC, Fred served in various fields from technical training to service manager positions, all of which prepared him for his numerous roles within DDC and positioned him to help us provide effective support to our clients.
Fred graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Education and is working toward his graduate degree in Architecture at the Washington Area Architecture Center. When not working at DDC, Fred enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years, Patricia, and their beautiful little girl Harper.
