Emily Peters has more than 19 years of professional advertising writing and marketing experience for a variety of Fortune 500 clients. With a background as a copywriter, her agency and client-side experience includes developing award-winning TV, video, radio, digital marketing, social media and print campaigns that tell compelling and persuasive stories.
Prior to joining DDC in 2015, Emily led multi-faceted marketing campaigns for Capital One, Wunderman, ThinkFun and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her clients have ranged from pharmaceutical to financial, consumer and public affairs.
Emily received a B.A. in Creative Writing from Emory and Henry College. She lives in Alexandria with her husband and two daughters. She’s also a Golden Girl at heart who frequently roams the halls of DDC quoting Dorothy Zbornak.
