Vice President, Client Relations and Analytics

As Vice President of Client Relations and Analytics, Dan Murphy serves in two key roles at DDC—supporting internal operations and advising on complex client engagements. Dan’s internal responsibilities include defining and aligning DDC’s operational process, developing operational procedures, handling all due diligence efforts, managing client-based security and intrusion questionnaires, and compiling executive-level financial reporting.

On the Client Services side, Dan also helps to structure high-level engagements for DDC’s clients and provides guidance on best practices for implementing advocacy programs online. Dan combines his technical and operational expertise to design online communications and outreach programs to identify, recruit, and engage audiences for grassroots initiatives.

Dan specializes in using a data-driven approach to define the features, functionality, and online platforms that will best fit the advocacy needs of each of the clients with which he works. He brings 15 years of experience in the public affairs technology sector to this role, including project management, product management, web development, web analytics, strategic communications, and implementation. His industry experience covers health care, financial, consumer, and government clients, including state implementations of the Affordable Care Act.
