Bethany Dame

Vice President, Client Relations

As DDC’s Vice President of Client Relations, Bethany Dame works with some of the firms’ longest standing grassroots and PAC clients. Bethany manages integrated campaign solutions for clients, incorporating effective communications and outreach strategies that produce results. She brings a wealth of political involvement and client management expertise in running successful campaigns.

Prior to joining DDC, Bethany served as Senior Vice President of Advocacy at BIPAC where she worked with member corporations and associations to develop comprehensive political involvement strategies, relying on communications, online platforms and other collateral materials, for both grassroots and PAC. She also led the staff responsible for deploying and servicing BIPAC’s grassroots and PAC tools and services for the organization’s members. Prior to joining BIPAC, Bethany served as the Senior Associate Director of Public Affairs at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) where she helped organize the association’s member involvement programs, including local member groups, congressional dialogues and employee grassroots activities. Bethany has also worked as the Manager of Congressional & Political Relations at the National Society of Professional Engineers, a Deputy Comptroller at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Congressman James P. McGovern (D-MA).

Bethany received her B.A. degree in Government & International Relations from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and her M.A. in Public Policy from American University in Washington, D.C.
